Who can open a trade account?
Any marine business or company that services boats: boatyard, repairer, upholsterer, rental company, dealer, club or sailing centre. You just enter your company details when you sign up.
How long does it take for my account to be active?
Activation is automatic: as soon as you finish signing up, you can log in and see trade prices.
How does the VAT exemption work?
Companies established in a European Union country other than Belgium are exempt from VAT if they enter a valid intra-EU VAT number when signing up. Belgian VAT applies to Belgian companies.
Can I order more than 15 metres of fabric?
Yes, by contacting us directly at retail@orca.eu. The 15-metre limit per reference only applies to online orders.
