ORCA® 261 664 NB Neoprene Fabric by the Metre – Internal Tube Baffles

ORCA® 261 664 NB fabric is used to repair the inside of the tubes and the internal baffles of RIBs and inflatable boats. Made of two layers of neoprene (CR), with no CSM, it is sold by the metre, 145 cm wide, directly from Pennel & Flipo, the manufacturer of ORCA fabrics.

• What it is for: repairing or replacing internal baffles, reinforcements and patches inside the tubes.
• Advantage: NB (Non Buffing) finish, it bonds without sanding.
• Format: sold by the linear metre, 145 cm wide (1 metre = 100 × 145 cm).
• Colour: black.

Inside or outside the tube?

This fabric is designed for the internal parts of the tube. For the outer skin, exposed to sun and friction, choose a Hypalon (CSM/CR) fabric to suit the size of your boat: ORCA 820 (under 5 m), ORCA 828 (up to 6 m) or ORCA 866 (over 6 m).

Frequently asked questions

Can this fabric be used on the outside of the tube?
No, it is intended for the inside of the tubes and the baffles. For the outside, use ORCA 820, 828 or 866 Hypalon fabric.

Does the fabric need sanding before gluing?
No. Its NB (Non Buffing) finish means it can be bonded without sanding.

Which glue should I use?
ORCA® Glue neoprene adhesive mixed with ORCA® Hardener, also sold together as a glue + hardener kit. PVC glue is not suitable.
